Responsibilities

• Comply with all food safety regulations
• Capable of following recipes to exact measurements
• Putting away food orders
• Properly stock and rotate food
• Prepare food in large quantities
• Clean all equipment and kitchen areas
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Able to work efficiently and quickly
• General knowledge of basic kitchen practices and procedures
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability is preferred
• 1 year prior experience is preferred, on the job training provided
• ServSafe Certification is a plus
