What You'll Do
- Accurately read, interpret, and scale recipes and prep sheets
- Prepare, assemble, and cook items to established standards
- Perform knife cuts with precision (slicing, dicing, chopping) and complete general prep tasks
- Prepare ingredients and components for service (vegetables, proteins, sauces, dressings, portion packs)
- Safely operate kitchen equipment including ovens and prep equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards (labeling, dating, storage, FIFO rotation)
- Set up, stock, clean, and break down your station
- Work closely with the Chef team and communicate needs clearly (inventory, quality, equipment)
- Assist with inventory/restocking and maintain par levels as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of related culinary experience (pizza production experience a plus)
- ServSafe or equivalent Food Handler's License
- Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements

- Physical Demands: Stand, walk, sit, handle/finger, reach outward/above shoulder, climb, crawl, squat/kneel, bend
- Lift/Carry: 10 lbs or less, 11–20 lbs, 21–50 lbs, 51–100 lbs
- Push/Pull: 12 lbs or less, 13–25 lbs, 26–40 lbs, 41–100 lbs
