What You’ll Do:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the cooking process, following recipes and kitchen standards.
- Plate and present food beautifully, adhering to presentation guidelines.
- Assist with food service during events, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent, culinary degree preferred
- Required Experience: 1-2 years of successful culinary experience
- Certifications: Serve Safe Food Handlers
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
- Other: Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify. Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule:
- Part-Time: Weekends and Evenings when events take place
- Hourly: $16- $19 per hour, based on experience
- 401k with 4% Match
