The Prep Cook
We're looking for a Prep Cook who can help bring our menu to life by preparing fresh ingredients, supporting line execution, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Chop, prep, and portion fresh ingredients
- Support line cooks and keep stations stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Stay active — this role keeps you on your feet!
- Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
THE PERFECT PAIRING
- 6+ months kitchen/prep experience (high-volume a plus)
- Strong knife skills and recipe execution
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team players with a passion for great food
