We're looking for a Prep Cook to help bring our menu to life by preparing fresh ingredients, supporting line execution, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Chop, prep, and portion fresh ingredients
• Support line cooks and keep stations stocked
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Stay active — this role keeps you on your feet!
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment

THE PERFECT PAIRING

• 6+ months kitchen/prep experience (high-volume a plus)
• Strong knife skills and recipe execution
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
