Prep Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions
• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards
• Clean and sanitize station at the beginning and end of shift, which may include light dishwashing
• Protect the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
• Perform other duties as requested by management
