Responsibilities

• Prepare food using scratch ingredients from local farm partners.
• Set up line cooks for success during meal periods.
• Learn about flavor profiles, food trends from around the world, and every station in the kitchen.
• Opportunity for growth and promotion through our hat development program.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required for this position.

Requirements

• Must have weekend and holiday availability.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 or older.
