Preparing food according to spec in a timely fashion while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Plate presentation and spec standards upheld
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Know the menu
• Follow recipes
• Perform daily cleaning lists
• Follow proper product rotation and labeling
• Follow all health codes

Requirements

• Can lift 20 pounds
• Demonstrates teamwork
• 1+ years experience in cooking preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
