Job Description

Prepare fresh food items to company specifications. Participates in a team environment. Able to work in a high volume restaurant environment. Follows all state and city food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Follows all company recipes for all food items
• Keeps work area clean and organized
• Has a California food handlers card
• Participates in teamwork throughout the entire restaurant
• Is able to work in a high volume environment
• Is able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Is familiar with numerous pieces of kitchen equipment
• Is able to multitask and work more than 2 recipes at one time
