About the Role

Responsibilities

• Follows protocol for the flow of foods
• Upholds sanitation and safety standards
• Communicates equipment, small-wares, inventory, and production issues with manager on duty
• Cleans and sanitizes food storage areas weekly (cooler, shelves, bins etc.)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant prep experience (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Health, vision, dental, accidental, STD, and life insurance plans
• Paid Time Off
• Referral bonuses for bringing new members to our team

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions independently
• Responsible for following protocol for the flow of foods
• Follow prep logs/sheets daily, not over or under producing items
• Clean and sanitize food storage areas weekly (cooler, shelves, bins etc.)

Skills

• General knowledge of kitchen equipment and small wares
