Railtown Brewing is a brewery that opened a full-service restaurant in 2018 to complement its beverage offerings. The restaurant aims to offer food that complements and pairs well with their beer, blending traditional comfort food with innovative twists.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and cook items to specification
• Basic knife skills
• Take pride in the food and job
• Operate knowledge of a kitchen
• Rotate through dishwasher shifts as necessary
• Stand through an entire 8+ hour shift
• Maintain appropriate personal hygiene
• Able to lift over 40 lbs
