Responsibilities

• Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings, and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge.
• Prepare menu items for dining room service while working efficiently with standardized recipes and presentations.
• Avoid cross-contamination and ensure all equipment is clean.
• Sanitize work areas during shift and before the next shift.
• Follow and complete prep list each day.
• Prepare prep list for following shift.

Requirements

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of proper and up to date food handling and health requirements.
• Kitchen experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organizational skills.

Pay

The starting wage for this role is $18.00/hour.
