About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Retail/Line Prep Associate to join our high-volume retail preparation team. This position pays $15–$17 per hour, based on experience, and offers training for candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can collaborate effectively with a team of five, and demonstrates strong dependability and a positive work ethic. The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Monday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional culinary techniques and procedures
• Cut, weigh, and prepare food items following company procedures and recipes
• Rotate refrigerated products and dry good products in accordance with company-approved policies and procedures, always using the FIFO method
• Maintain the proper temperatures for all foods and coolers and freezers
• Wrap, label, date and store all food items properly to maintain freshness and quality under strict sanitary guidelines
