About the role
As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assembling dishes in preparation for service.Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes
- Ensure all food items are fresh and prepared safely
- Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Support the kitchen team in meeting service demands
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety
