About the role

As a Prep Cook at Olive Garden in Billings, MT, you will be responsible for preparing various dishes such as soups, sauces, pastas, and lasagnas to ensure they meet and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for various dishes
• Follow recipes and cooking guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
• Ensure all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and appearance
• Handle and store food safely according to safety and sanitation protocols
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Support the kitchen team in meeting production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
