About the role
As a prep cook at Olive Garden, you will play a crucial part in preparing and assembling dishes that contribute to the authentic Italian dining experience.Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble soups, sauces, pastas, and lasagnas according to recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards.
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
- Support the team in achieving high guest satisfaction through exceptional dish preparation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations.
