About the role

As a Prep Cook at Olive Garden in Franklin, TN, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures guests enjoy a genuine Italian dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to prepare and assemble ingredients for various dishes, ensuring they meet the restaurant's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for soups, sauces, pastas, and lasagnas.
• Follow detailed recipe instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure all food items are prepared safely and hygienically according to Olive Garden’s strict safety and sanitation protocols.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow and efficient production.
• Support the team in achieving high guest satisfaction through exceptional preparation and presentation of dishes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to Olive Garden’s rigorous safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications
