About the role
As a Prep Cook at Olive Garden in Clarksville, IN, you will play a crucial part in preparing and cooking various dishes that contribute to the authentic Italian dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook soups, sauces, pastas, and lasagnas according to recipes.
- Ensure all food items are prepared safely and hygienically.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Help maintain high standards of quality and presentation for all dishes.
Requirements
- A strong passion for Italian cuisine and culinary arts.
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
