About the role

As a prep cook at Olive Garden in Hamilton Township - Mays Landi, you will be responsible for preparing various dishes such as soups, sauces, pastas, and lasagnas to ensure they meet and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for various dishes
• Follow detailed recipe instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
• Ensure all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and appearance
• Handle and store food safely according to sanitation guidelines
• Work alongside other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
• Support the team in achieving high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
