Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar‑B‑Q seeks a prep cook who takes pride in behind‑the‑scenes work that impacts every guest’s meal. The team values honesty, respect, commitment, discipline, and support.

Responsibilities

• Chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs.
• Label, date, and rotate product correctly; keep the work area spotless.
• Set up the line before service to ensure smooth operation.
• Other job‑related duties may be assigned as business needs require.

Qualifications

You're precise, consistent, and take quiet pride in work most guests never see but every guest tastes. No prior experience required; training is provided in the JNN way.

Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, climbing, and operating kitchen equipment.
• These essential functions can be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
