Responsibilities

• Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts with deep knowledge of recipes and prep methods, including meat/fish fabrication, sauces, baking, and vegetable preparation.
• Manage thorough station set-ups, breakdowns, and line checks while maintaining sufficient par levels and backups at all times.
• Maintain IGC’s high standards for quality, absolute freshness, cleanliness, and strict adherence to State and County food safety/Health Department standards.
• Maintain honest, open communication with staff and leadership, assisting teammates whenever possible to ensure an effective, guest-focused club operation.

Requirements

• Dedicated prep experience within a high-volume, upscale casual, or premium BOH environment.
• Strong foundational knife skills, a clear understanding of raw ingredients, and a strict commitment to recipe consistency.
• A reliable, team-first mindset with a proactive work ethic and excellent organizational habits.

$19.00 - $22.00 / hour
