Prep Cook

Major Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes and batch items according to Harry's standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices
• Complete other duties as assigned by manager on duty

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Able to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude
• Show strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards
• Show a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
• Able to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends & holidays
• Have a stable work history
