About the role
Conejo, a Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time prep cooks to join our kitchen team. Starting prep cook wages of $16-$22/hour.
Responsibilities
- Learning all recipes and prepping techniques
- Opening kitchen and completing prep list for next shift
- Adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
- Assisting with inventory management when needed
- Assisting with dishwashing when needed

Qualifications
- Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Safe, competent knife skills
- Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
- Experience with Mexican cooking a plus
