About the role

Clyde's Restaurant Group, which owns 14 concepts in the DMV, is proud to introduce Ebbitt House, a sister concept of the historic Old Ebbitt Grill. Opening Fall 2026 at Reston Station on the Silver Metro Line, Ebbitt House will serve up Old Ebbitt Grill’s iconic American classics, twice-daily happy hours, an oyster-fueled raw bar, and towering seafood displays. Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, slice, dice, chop, and otherwise prepare raw vegetables, meat and fish
• Use a commercial food slicer to slice various meats, cheese, and vegetables
• Use a commercial food processor to prep foods
• Operate both convection and conventional ovens and gas ranges
• Lift, handle, weigh, and portion food items using a commercial portion control scale
• Label, date, and store prepped product
• Clean, wipe, and scour prep equipment and machinery, and sweep and mop prep area floors

Requirements

• Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality‑driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service

Qualifications

• Experience as a prep cook desired, preferably in a high‑volume restaurant
• Ability to read and prep recipes to measurements and standards

Pay

Pay Range: $17 - $20 / hour

Schedule

• Flexible Schedule: Part‑time, full‑time, and on‑call shifts available
• Available to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
