As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you will be part of an exciting and dynamic team that operates some of the most renowned ski resorts in North America. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring safety, and contributing to the overall success of our resorts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and fellow employees.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained.
• Perform assigned tasks such as ticketing, lift operations, and other resort services.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong physical fitness and stamina.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or service-oriented field is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations is beneficial.
