About the role

The Hourly Partner ensures NEWK’s guests receive superior products prepared to the brand’s high standards. This position supports the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all duties in line with NEWK’s standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence. The partner also protects the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and high‑quality work environment while managing operational and product costs. This opportunity is with an independently owned NEWK franchise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food products are stored properly according to food‑safety protocols.
• Perform all responsibilities and tasks of the position according to NEWK’s standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence.
