Qualifications

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
• Work in a fast and independent manner
• Cross‑train and work multiple stations
• Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
• Take initiative and pitch in to help teammates

Daily Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and accurately punch in and out
• Complete hot‑food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate to prepare take‑out and catering orders in a timely fashion
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests
