This role supports our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Lebanon, OH, where we design and manufacture products for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Process parts following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications, while meeting routed hours.
• Select proper sanding or grinding accessories for deburring and sanding parts per job requirement.
• Safely operate machine press, shears, and plasma cutter to complete jobs according to specifications.
• Verify the presence of broken bits and remove them from drilled plates as needed.
• Verify defects in drilled plates and communicate findings to the lead.
• Complete TIG welding as needed on specific jobs.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED required). Vocational training course completion is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Knowledge of standard tools, materials, and methods.
• Ability to read measuring instruments (e.g., tape measures).
• Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
• Dependable with an excellent attendance record to maintain strict production schedules.
