Premium Telephone Auditor

About the role

Information Providers, Inc. (IPI) in Hopkin, MN is seeking ambitious, detail-oriented individuals to join their Urbandale, IA-based team as full-time Premium Telephone Auditors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with policyholders to gather financial and operational business information.
• Analyze data, communicate with business owners, review records, and prepare detailed, professional Premium Audit reports.
• Grow into a trusted classification expert who plays an important role in ensuring accurate insurance coverage decisions.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent professional experience is beneficial.
• Prior Accounting experience and Microsoft Excel experience are preferred.

Pay

$35,000 - $75,000 per year
