Job Summary

Maintains the food service operation to ensure high quality products and excellent service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
• Monitors staff performance, quality assurance standards, and cleanliness.
• Maintains marketing materials, ensuring they are current and appropriate.
• Ensures adherence to company and client policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
