Premium Services Steward Lead

Role Overview The Steward Lead manages sanitation operations, supervises cleaning and waste disposal, and ensures timely task coordination. They cross-train team members across utility roles including dishwashers, sanitation staff, and station workers, supporting efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities Supervise cleaning of floors, walls, equipment, and work areas to maintain cleanliness standards.Oversee sanitation of dishroom and work stations, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling.Organize and label chemical products and maintain storage areas for easy access.Meet customer sanitation needs and support inventory management and ordering.Assist in safety observations and report hazards promptly.Support team cross-training and assist with schedule execution.Help in front-of-house tasks when needed. Qualifications & Skills Experience as a steward or lead steward in large-scale food service settings is preferred.Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience with teams of 8 or more.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods, with PPE usage if required. Additional Information Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.
