Premium Seating Game Night Assistant

About the Role

This is a part-time, seasonal position lasting through the regular NBA season and any potential playoffs. Expected availability is for all Timberwolves home games. You will work alongside our Premium team to deliver best-in-class service for our Premium members, contributing to an inclusive winning culture that empowers and values every teammate.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down Premium, Club, and Season Ticket Holder spaces.
• Monitor entrances of club and member spaces throughout the game.
• Greet and check-in guests in premium spaces.
• Assist with Fan Experiences and pre- and post-game activities.
• Interact with fans and field questions.
• Create gift bags and make in-seat visits.
• Assist with the execution of prospect and member events.
• Work all Timberwolves home games.
• Occasionally assist with membership events.

Skills & Abilities

• Provide world-class customer service to premium guests and staff.
• Work directly with Target Center building and Levy staff.
• Handle guest needs and questions efficiently and professionally.
• Learn quickly on the job and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well on a team and independently.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Work Environment

This role operates in both a professional office environment and a sports arena. Work is both sedentary and active, involving standard office equipment, bleachers/steps, and moderate noise levels. Staff may be required to work Timberwolves and Lynx games as well as external events such as charity and networking events.

Physical Demands

• Regularly communicate and exchange information with others in person and over the telephone.
• Frequently remain in a stationary position and operate computers and other office equipment.
• Occasionally ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena on both event and non-event days.
• Frequently move boxes of merchandise and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
