About the role

As a Premium In-Seat Server, you will take food and beverage orders and efficiently deliver items to dining room guests, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverage orders following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets or allergens.
• Advise guests on food and drink combinations, accommodate reasonable requests, and note preferences.
• Communicate directly with back-of-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are met.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a professional, patient demeanor with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests and maintain sanitation standards.
• Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
• Ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service.
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
