Premium Clubs Bartender - Desert Diamond Arena

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to club members, VIP guests, suite holders and premium clientele.
• Prepare high-quality cocktails, mocktails and spirit-forwarded beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Utilize Premium bartending techniques, including proper shaking, stirring, layering and garnishing methods.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail trends to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure all beverages meet premium club standards for taste, appearance, and presentation.
• Select and utilize the appropriate glassware for each beverage, including martini, rocks, wine, and coupe glasses along with champagne flutes and specialty cocktail vessels.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and supplies throughout events.

Requirements

• Ability to follow state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Knowledge of liquor laws.
• Ability to detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained.
• Ability to set up assigned bars and requisition and stock all necessary items.
• Ability to greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Ability to take and process orders for drinks, mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes.
• Ability to check guests at the bar for proper identification.
• Ability to lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops; secure bank.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Ability to arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
• Ability to wash and sterilize stemware.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills

Pay

$12.15 to $17.00 per hour
