Premium Catering Manager

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience, with previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality or catering. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relation skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively. Certifications in food handling and alcohol service are required. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
