Premium Audit Supervisor
About the role
Serve as contact/liaison between field staff and internal staff to ensure complete customer satisfaction, providing timely and detailed responses to all individual questions and needs.
Work with internal and external staff to ensure that we meet clients’ procedural and time service expectations.
Clarify customer protocols and needs to ensure overall proper implementation throughout audit associates.
Obtain/maintain status updates & provide updates to management as requested.
Communicate with Premium Auditors the needs of all customers, expectations, special requests, and to bring attention to VP of Operation any areas of field production that are not meeting customer needs, communications, time service and other expectations.
Assist Operations regarding communications with field staff.
Onboarding of new Auditors to include initial intro, follow up questions and company procedures.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2-5 years with Premium Audit experience
- Experience of working with Independent Contractors (1099) representatives
- Knowledge of the operating system, Nexus, a plus
- Understands the importance of customer “experience”
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and perform responsibilities with little ‘face to face’ supervision
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Familiarity with overall organization and importance of audit functions

*Compensation is based on experience; salary will be very competitive to similar positions in the premium audit industry.
