About the role
The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Premium Audit department is currently seeking a premium audit reviewer.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze auditor and policyholder reports
- Calculate premiums to determine final premium earned for the audit term
- Determine the variance between original policy premiums vs audited premiums
- Examine policies & endorsements in full detail
- Prepare accurate audit premium statements in both automated and manual systems
- Receive and resolve inquiries regarding audits from agents and policyholders
Requirements
- Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
- Strong mathematical skills
- Analytical thinking & strong decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability
- To prioritize and handle high volume / fast pace work environment
- To be willing to assist other team members and take on additional responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rating and classification
- Experience with e-CLAS and EDM
Qualifications
- From high school diploma or GED, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
