About the role
Davies Risk Services is seeking an experienced Premium Audit Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with the preparation of reports, appointment scheduling, and communication with insureds and audit representatives.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to facilitate workflow
- Manages high call volumes averaging 8-12 calls per hour during business hours
- Sets up and cancels appointments for insureds and audit representatives
- Collects and updates information from insureds and CPA’s, bookkeepers, and agents
- Communicates audit needs to insureds to ensure information is prepared for Phone Auditors
- Maintains and updates contact notes in AuSum
- Assigns audits to Phone Auditors once information is received
- Handles calls professionally and with tact, attaching necessary information and adding progress notes in AuSum
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Part-time (29 hours per week) remote role
- Professional phone, chat, and email communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail, efficiency, multitasking, and strong organizational skills
- Proactive, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Discretion with sensitive and confidential information
