Responsibilities

  • Act as the dedicated technical lead for enterprise customers, spearheading the resolution of complex cloud issues and Microsoft Azure integrations.
  • Architect and develop sophisticated performance telemetry dashboards using web development tools to provide customers with proactive system stability insights.
  • Collaborate directly with cloud engineering and solutions architecture teams to advocate for customer needs and drive issues through the development lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic guidance on database customizations and operational best practices to enhance software effectiveness and business alignment.
  • Manage high-priority support cases with rapid response times, ensuring enterprise-level service delivery and continuity across complex workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer success within enterprise software environments.
  • Proficiency in Cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure Cloud and integration technologies.
  • Effective with SQL or other relational databases.
  • Expert-level troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Prominent track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise software systems and cloud-based architecture.
  • Availability for occasional after-hours, on-call, or weekend support to assist enterprise customers during critical system outages.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Trimble CMS, Vista ERP, Spectrum ERP, or similar construction accounting and project management software.
  • Proficiency in HTML, JSON, and CSS for building custom data visualizations.
  • Familiarity with database performance tuning and CRM ticketing systems.

Skills

  • Technical expertise in cloud environments and integration technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software systems and cloud-based architecture.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Schedule

Typically EST business hours with occasional after hours support.
