Job Summary

The Premier Driver position at NET-A-PORTER is a full-time opportunity based in Mahwah, NJ. The role offers a competitive salary and a pension plan, along with discounts on various activities.

Essentials

• Job Location: Mahwah, NJ
• Compensation: $26 hourly
• Hours: Monday-Friday Rotating (Full-Time)
• Must be flexible and willing to work a rotational shift pattern
• Summer months: 1:00 p.m. shift added
• Benefits: Pension plan, discounts on theme park and cinema tickets, staff discount, and exclusive staff sales

Responsibilities

• Must uphold and project the company’s devotion to customer service experience
• Comply with Net-A-Porter appearance guidelines and maintain a professional image
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured safely and returned to inventory system daily
• Assist manager and supervisor with day-to-day operations
• Interact with couriers, Dispatchers, and Customer Service team daily
• Ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route

Type of Person We Are Looking For

• Clean driving record within the last 3 years
• No driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations, and no reckless driving incidents
• Driving Defense Certificate required; preferably no more than 6 months old
• Able to work in all weather conditions, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
• Flexibility in shift patterns to meet customers' demands
• Understanding of luxury customer service and strong communication skills
• Proven track record of problem-solving
• Calm manner and ability to use initiative to deal with issues
• Excellent personal presentation skills
• Delivery driver experience in NYC, CT, NJ preferred
