About the role
Moomoo Financial Inc. is seeking a Premier Client Service Specialist to manage relationships with high-net-worth clients. The role requires a strong background in private banking, wealth management, sales, and trading.
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of HNW client relationships, proactively engaging with clients to understand their core investment objectives in U.S. and Hong Kong equities.
Drive client retention and asset growth by identifying at-risk clients, understanding the root cause of their concerns, and presenting tailored solutions to preserve and expand the relationship.
Engage in goal-oriented conversations to uncover client needs and guide them toward the platform's products and services that best support their financial goals.
Proactively monitor client accounts and activity levels; identify signs of dissatisfaction or potential attrition and initiate outreach to address concerns.
Closely monitor global capital markets and synthesize news, research reports, and market data into clear, actionable investment viewpoints to facilitate high-value conversations with sophisticated clients.
Synthesize market news, research reports, and data into concise, relevant talking points that spark client conversations and demonstrate your understanding of their interests.
Supply clients with timely market information and platform tools on demand, supporting them in achieving their trading goals.
Use your understanding of client portfolios and risk appetite to tailor market discussions to individual client needs.
Develop deep, hands-on proficiency in the Moomoo platform's features, tools, and trading capabilities.
Proactively train clients on platform functionality, demonstrating how to use advanced tools to improve their trading efficiency and decision-making.
Stay current on product updates and new features; communicate relevant enhancements to clients and encourage adoption.
Guide clients through the end-to-end process of account opening, large fund deposits, and stock access, ensuring a frictionless and premium onboarding experience.
Act as the internal voice of the client, providing feedback to Product, Trading, and Compliance teams to continuously enhance the HNW service experience and platform capabilities.
Act as the internal product advocate, relaying client feedback and usage patterns to Product and Engineering teams to shape future development.
Build deep, long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins, personalized communication, and a genuine interest in their financial goals.
Orchestrate and participate in exclusive events for HNW clients, such as listed company site visits, investment salons, and meetings with top-tier financial institutions, to foster a high-value community and reinforce brand loyalty.
Support and coordinate with Marketing and Events teams to develop programming that resonates with the HNW client base.
Provide tailored service support to HNW clients referred through Marketing team initiatives, focusing on post-engagement follow-up for onboarding and relationship building.
May offer limited, supplementary support at select Marketing events for HNW clients, focusing solely on addressing general service, platform, or procedural questions in a one-on-one capacity.
Represent Moomoo at high-level client engagements and roadshows, building strong professional networks and generating leads to drive new business development.
Build and expand professional networks through client engagements, identifying opportunities to introduce the firm's platform and services to prospective clients in a manner consistent with applicable regulatory standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW clients, handling inquiries related to account management, trading, funding, and platform issues with urgency and professionalism.
Own client issues from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Trading) to ensure timely resolution.
Provide white-glove support across all client touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and superior service experience.
Requirements
- Licensing: Series 7 & 63 required.
- Experience: 3+ years in financial services, with a background in private banking, wealth management, sales and trading. Experience working directly with high-net-worth or institutional clients is essential.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and teach technology platforms; experience with trading platforms or brokerage systems is a strong plus.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, deepen client relationships, and drive asset growth through a client-centric, consultative approach.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of equity and options markets, with the ability to follow market developments and communicate them clearly to clients.
- Service Orientation: Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, managing complex client requests, and resolving issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with sophisticated clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a front-office client-facing role at a private bank, brokerage, or investment firm.
- Background in equities trading, sales, or investment advisory.
- Familiarity with U.S. and Hong Kong market structures and trading conventions.
- Experience working with corporate accounts or multi-entity structures.
- Track record of contributing to client retention or revenue growth initiatives.
