Sales
Achieves individual and/or team financial, production, and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned.
Engages with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach.
Engages in sales practices that are aligned to create value for both the customer and the Bank.
Appropriately partners, plans, and prepares to ensure conversations provide the relevant financial guidance needed to drive informed decisions.
Service Standards
Fosters collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
Initiates conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
Listens attentively and asks insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; and takes prompt actions to address immediate needs.
Proactively seeks ways to optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives, and leveraging tools to enhance.
Operations and Administration
Performs duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.
Complies with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures.
Completes required training by established deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending or financial services sales OR
High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending or financial services sales
