- Serve as primary banker for premier clients, providing personalized banking, lending and investment solutions
- Conduct in-depth financial reviews to understand client goals and recommend appropriate PNC products and services
- Proactively grow and manage a high-value client portfolio through outreach, referrals and networking
- Collaborate with specialists in wealth management, mortgage and business banking to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor account activity, manage risk and ensure adherence to PNC policies and regulatory requirements
- Deliver exceptional service, resolving complex client issues and ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Use CRM and digital tools to track client interactions, opportunities and pipeline activity
- Participate in community and business development events to expand PNC's local presence
- Stay current on financial markets, banking products and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively
- Contribute to team goals, sharing best practices and supporting a performance-driven culture
