Responsibilities

• Manage and address banking needs of complex client portfolios of mass affluent clients through proactive outreach.
• Convert referrals, leads, and outbound prospects to deepen and retain client relationships.
• Engage in client outreach and conduct needs-based conversations to review and analyze financial information.
• Deliver excellent client service, escalate banking issues when necessary, and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate loan applications, prepare documents, and conduct loan closings.
• Collaborate with partners to deepen relationships and prepare for future client interactions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to bank staff on effective methods to articulate the program's value and make Premier referrals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years financial/banking experience
• Successfully completed the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE)
• Lifetime Life & Health license preferred
• Experience with retail and small business banking
• Understanding and experience with TD Bank & TD Wealth Policies and Procedures
• Active NMLS registration upon hire
• Consultative sales experience required

• Ability to maintain an active NMLS registration
• Understanding and adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures
