About the role

The Premier Banker role is dedicated to servicing complex client portfolios of mass affluent clients. This role focuses on managing and addressing the banking needs of these clients through proactive outreach and advice-based approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen relationships with a book of business of mass affluent clients.
  • Convert referrals, leads, and prospects to establish new client relationships.
  • Engage in client outreach and conduct needs-based conversations to understand and address financial needs.
  • Provide excellent client service and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with partners across Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending, and other areas to deepen client relationships.
  • Coach and provide feedback to bank staff on effective methods to articulate the Premier program's value and make Premier referrals.
  • Understand and comply with regulations, TD Bank & TD Wealth Policies and Procedures.
  • Implement TD’s client Identification Program (CIP) to collect and verify required customer identification information.
  • Manage loan applications, prepare documents, and conduct loan closings.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of financial/banking experience.
  • Successfully completed the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE).
  • Preferred Life & Health license.
  • Experience with retail and small business banking.
  • Experience interacting with Mass Affluent and high net worth clients.
  • Active registration with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).
  • Consultative sales experience.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of financial/banking experience.

Pay

$25.75 - $38.50 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
