Job Summary

Holy Rosary Catholic School is seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Aide for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position supports the Preschool Teacher in creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where young children can learn and thrive.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Preschool Teacher with classroom instruction and daily routines
• Provide skill reinforcement, remedial support, and enrichment activities for individuals or small groups
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Support children during learning centers, playtime, transitions, and other classroom activities
• Help with supervision during recess, rest time, and other daily periods
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Collaborate with the teacher and other preschool staff to support overall program goals

Job Requirements

• Practicing Catholic preferred
• Enjoys working with preschool-aged children
• Ability to support instructional activities as directed by the teacher
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, patient, and attentive to student needs

Pay and Schedule

Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:15 am - 3:15 pm.
