Our PreK program blends play‑based curriculum design with real‑time developmental data — no rigid lesson scripts, no compliance checklists. You will design adaptive learning themes across every readiness domain, coach a team of Guides to deliver them with precision and joy, and track measurable milestone progress for every child in the cohort. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will spend roughly a third of your time in classrooms — modeling facilitation, observing sessions, and running calibration reviews. The rest is designing curriculum, coaching Guides with specific, measurable goals, and keeping families informed with evidence‑based updates. You will see the direct impact of your work: four‑year‑olds hitting developmental milestones faster, Guides improving their quality scores week over week, and parents becoming advocates.
