About the role
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
Responsibilities
- Congnitive, social-emotional, literacy, numeracy, and motor development play-driven learning sessions
- Guiding a team of classroom facilitators to execute adaptive learning experiences with precision and enthusiasm
- Monitoring quantifiable milestone achievement for every enrolled child
- Conducting individual and small-group coaching with PreK Guides, demonstrating instructional methods and recognizing quantifiable progress
- Auditing and standardizing Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and clarity
- Developing family communication materials and convening team alignment meetings that synchronize priorities and uphold collective standards for campus-wide PreK readiness targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's degree or specialized certification preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a closely related area
- Demonstrated success designing and executing play-based educational frameworks or curricula that support developmental milestone attainment
- Minimum of 1 year coaching or supervising a team of educators with defined performance expectations
- Knowledge of educational technology platforms, adaptive monitoring dashboards, or digital observation systems utilized in early childhood contexts
Qualifications
- Direct experience facilitating group activities with young children ages 3 to 5
- Background in drafting family progress communications and facilitating team coordination meetings within educational environments
- Experience in behavior guidance frameworks and co-regulation approaches for children ages 3-5
Skills
- Ability to create responsive, play-centered themes informed by live performance data
- Experience designing and executing play-based educational frameworks or curricula that support developmental milestone attainment
- Proficiency in educational technology platforms, adaptive monitoring dashboards, or digital observation systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
