Pregnancy Support Specialist

About the Role

This position involves supporting qualified women who wish to become gestational surrogates, assisting them throughout the screening, matching, legal processes, embryo transfer, pregnancy, and delivery stages.

Responsibilities

• Guide surrogates through medical, psychological, and legal screening procedures.
• Coordinate the surrogate journey from matching to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with state and program regulations.
• Provide support and information about compensation, benefits, and the process involved.

Requirements

• Age 21–37 with at least one prior healthy pregnancy and live birth.
• BMI under 32 and non-smoker with a stable lifestyle.
• Ability to complete medical, psychological, and legal screening.
• U.S. residency, subject to review.
