Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and develop Relationship Banking Specialists to achieve performance metrics and behavioral expectations
  • Foster a culture of consultative selling, compliance, and member-first service
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales and service goals
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex member needs and issues
  • Oversee the maintenance and growth of the team’s Book of Business through proactive relationship management
  • Ensure personalized, seamless service delivery across all member touchpoints
  • Drive achievement of sales goals for deposits, loans, credit cards, and referrals (Wealth Management, Business Banking, Mortgage)
  • Promote credit union products and services through consultative conversations
  • Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and enhance loyalty
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Partner with internal departments for seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or accounting preferred
  • 5-7 years of private banking, commercial, or wealth management exposure
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role within the financial industry
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in relationship and portfolio management expertise

  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-net-worth member relationships
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex financial scenarios and deliver tailored solutions
