Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop Relationship Banking Specialists to achieve performance metrics and behavioral expectations
- Foster a culture of consultative selling, compliance, and member-first service
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales and service goals
- Serve as an escalation point for complex member needs and issues
- Oversee the maintenance and growth of the team’s Book of Business through proactive relationship management
- Ensure personalized, seamless service delivery across all member touchpoints
- Drive achievement of sales goals for deposits, loans, credit cards, and referrals (Wealth Management, Business Banking, Mortgage)
- Promote credit union products and services through consultative conversations
- Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and enhance loyalty
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Partner with internal departments for seamless service delivery
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or accounting preferred
- 5-7 years of private banking, commercial, or wealth management exposure
- 3-5 years in a leadership role within the financial industry
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in relationship and portfolio management expertise

- Proven track record of managing and growing high-net-worth member relationships
- Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate complex financial scenarios and deliver tailored solutions
